How do I take care of my jewelry?
Avoid chemicals: Keep jewelry away from perfume, hairspray, lotion, and household cleaners.
Remove before water exposure: Take off your silver jewelry before swimming, bathing, or exercising.
Put on last: Wear your jewelry after applying cosmetics and sprays to avoid residue buildup.
Wipe after each use: Gently clean with a soft, lint-free cloth to remove skin oils and moisture.
Store in a cool, dry place: Avoid humid environments like bathrooms.
Use anti-tarnish bags or cloths: Keep silver in a zip-lock bag, pouch, or lined jewelry box.
Polish with silver cloth: Occasionally polish using a special silver polishing cloth to restore shine and remove tarnish.

Does DIVERSION ship to my country?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping.
Please Note:
We do not ship to PO Boxes or similar addresses (including but not limited to APO/FPO boxes). DIVERSION is not responsible for shipping delays or failed deliveries caused by the use of such addresses. Shipping costs will not be reimbursed in these cases.
A tracking number will be provided with every order and sent via email once your package has been picked up by the shipping carrier.
To ensure successful delivery, please enter your address using the Latin alphabet (A–Z).
What currency do you accept?
We accept all currencies. When an order is paid for, your bank will convert it to your currency automatically to USD.
What payment methods do you offer?
We accept Paypal, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, Google Pay, and all Credit Cards.
Does DIVERSION offer free shipping?
Normally on drop day or with new releases, we give out a couple free shipping codes to the people following our instagram or in our discord server.
What does my order status mean?
Authorized: Your payment hasn’t been accepted yet. In case questions occur about the payment, we will reach out to you. If not, the payment should be accepted shortly.
Paid: Your payment has been accepted.
Unfulfilled: We are working hard to make your package ready for shipment.
Fulfilled: Your package has been shipped. Tracking information has been sent via email.
I didn’t get a confirmation email.
Your confirmation email might have ended up in your spam folder. In case you still can’t find it, please contact our customer support (support@diversion.us) with as much information about your order as possible: name, address, amount spent in , payment method, moment of payment, proof of payment, etc. This way, it will be easier for us to find your order.
I want to change my delivery address.
Due to practical reasons, it is not possible to change the address of your package after the order has been shipped out. In case the address is incorrect, the package will return to our warehouse after which we will arrange a new shipment.
How do I cancel or change my order?
Due to practical reasons, it is not possible to cancel or change your order. Please make sure to place your order only if you're 100% willing to receive the items. At this time, no cancellations or exchanges will be allowed.
Can I return my order or exchange size?
Please note, at this moment we don't allow returns or exchanges.
Has my package been shipped yet?
The moment we ship your package, you will receive tracking your information by email. If you check the order status in your email, the status of your order tells you as well if your package has already been shipped. The status has to be ‘fulfilled’ in order for it to be shipped.
I didn’t receive a tracking number.
A tracking number is provided by email as soon as the package has been picked up by the shipping company. If you did not receive tracking information within 72 hours, please contact us at (support@diversion.us) with your full name and order number. It can take up to 24 hours before the tracking shows updates.
How long does it take when my package has been shipped?
Your package will normally arrive within 7-10 days after drop off at the post office.
These are estimated times of arrival. We can’t promise that packages are delivered within this time frame. Shipping companies try their best to do so, but delays can always occur due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure.
My package couldn’t be delivered.
When the shipping company is not able to deliver your package, for example because no one was home at the time, they will try to deliver it a second time. After the second try, the package goes to a pick up point (post office) close to the delivery address.
Your package will be available for pick up at one of the pick up points of your local delivery company. This most likely is the one closest to your home. To figure this out, please visit or call a pick up point with your tracking number. Please note that your package has multiple tracking numbers.

The tracking shows my package has been delivered, but I haven’t received it.
Your package may have been delivered to your mailbox, a neighbor, or your local post office.
In some cases, tracking may show ‘delivered’ even if the package hasn’t arrived yet—this could be due to a delay in drop-off or an unsuccessful delivery attempt.
If your tracking still shows as ‘delivered’ but you haven’t received your package, we recommend:

Looking around your property, including porches or side doors.

Contacting your local post office for more information.
